Ulu Ulu Safari Restaurant

Night Safari’s 600-seater signature restaurant offers an extensive array of local favourites and international cuisine in a charmingly ethnic setting that features mementoes of days gone by. Dine under burnished wooden beams and rustic rattan fans or opt for an al fresco setting and drink in the symphony of the cicadas, frogs and other night creatures while a herd of Ankole cattle grazes nearby.

Both buffet and a la carte options are available. Also, a private dining area, called the Chief’s Room, can be reserved for parties of up to 16 persons, and a private function area, called Ulu Court, can accommodate up to 100 diners.

Our Signature Drink – Uluphant
Indulge in our tantalising Uluphant, a cocktail which features lychee juice with a blend of pineapple juice, lime juice, triple sec and vodka for a refreshingly tropical taste.

The name Uluphant is derived from Ulu Ulu Safari Restaurant and Elephant, in reference to Night Safari’s iconic bull Asian elephant Chawang. Also available as a mocktail, the cocktail is presented in an elegant glass with a pewter base intricately shaped to look like an elephant’s head. Diners even get to bring the specially-commissioned glass!

Bongo Burgers

Located next to the Night Safari entrance is the stylish Bongo Burgers. Set for gorgeous open-air alfresco dining under the stars, Bongo Burgers offer diners delicious western delights, a chance to get up close with wildlife as well as tribal dance entertainment.

With freshly-made juicy meat patties that are free of chemicals and preservatives, the gourmet burgers taste so deliciously different that you can eat them on their own without piling on the chilli sauce or ketchup - a far cry from the usual "stony" and bland burgers. Its generous American-sized servings will also leave you truly satisfied.
